Warn from The Yeti Reads & Reviews is back this week with a brand-new review. Check out his thoughts on DISCO RICE by Robert Essig!

DISCO RICE

By Robert Essig

Trey has an excellent job, a loving family, and a taste for the taboo. Trey enjoys eating things that most people would find atrocious, like disco rice, aka maggots. He can't get enough of the tasty little morsels, so much so that it costs him his job, but it ultimately costs him much, much more.

It has been a bit since I last read an Essig tale, and I kick myself for taking so long to read him again. Deliciously foul, uncomfortable, and not for the easily nauseated, Essig brings us a story that is fast-paced and violent that you will not be able to put down. A story that you won't soon forget.

If you love depravity, this is just the book for you! Check it out!
