Another week, another amazing review from The Yeti Reads and Reviews himself, Warn Iverson. This week we take a look at a very interesting pregnancy and its aftermath.
The Devil's Gunt
by Gerald Dean Rice
Beelzebub, one of the supreme demons of hell, wants to have a child with a human. He decides that he is going to impregnate an adult film star. Unfortunately, the wrong person was impregnated. The demon that was helping Beelzebub made a mistake and knocked up a male porn star named Median.
Now Beelzebub has to come and clean up the mess. Median, his ex-wife, and his roommate, who may or may not be a serial killer, embark on a wild misadventure. I mean WILD.
Holy cow. I absolutely loved this book. Easily on my top ten and has stuck with me since I have read it. This is my first time reading Gerald, and it certainly won't be the last. Gerald's storytelling is topnotch. Filled with horror, laughter, and outlandish situations. It never lets up. Once it gets going, hold on and enjoy the ride.
This tale clicked all my boxes. I can't recommend it enough. If you haven't read him, do so; do it as soon as possible.
