Meet Our Team.

Uncomfortably Dark was created by award-winning author and editor, Candace Nola. Our VP and Blood Moon Poetry curator is Christina Pfeiffer. Katrina Sirmons is the Managing Assistant for the team. Mort Stone is our junior editor for 360 Editing, with Candace functioning as Senior Editor.

 

For the last five years, Candace has built this brand and platform to be a light in the dark for all indie horror authors and this website serves a dual purpose, both publishing indie authors and offering support services via reviews, promotions, interviews, and more on our daily blog. She believes in kindness above all things. To join our team, as an author or a reviewer means to support the same.
